Why You Doing This Warframe

What's going on specifically? I mean, What is are you doing before you see this and what have you done to try to work around it?

the game is still running maybe. go into the task manager and make sure they are closed. Restart and try again

try that already, if the game was open steam would have stopped me from opening the luncher, i've restarted my computer to see if that will stop what ever was using it

This or running the program under administrative access should solve most problems. Mainly this though.

restarting the computer fixed it, i dont know what could have been using that file, i had only turn my pc on just before opening warframe
