You can only get the nav segments once every 3500 years, thats when it gets close enough. Then there must be a Infestation outbreak on Eris and Phorid has to take over Naeglar as it used to be his boss node. Defeating him on this node will give you the navs (as long as you are in the right translatory period).

 

Nibiru boss Anu drops the Annun warframe components, and there are 10 pieces instead of 3.

It's obvious that it's going to be locked, there's no reason to not pay them with the same coin.

 

The fact that this is the help section does not make it joke-free, say that to him not to me. You tell me not to feed it but not to all the people who fell for it and started saying it does not exist in the game. Seriously.

Don't forget he has to have the Sharingan in his left eye.
