Codex Not Updating With Stance Mods Gained From Alert

I have just ran the three back to school alerts for the stance mods. 

I upgraded all three on to their respective weapons.

I went over to the codex to see what stance mods I have left to get now to find that Gleaming Talon, Tranquil Cleave and Crimson Dervish are still blanked out. They are not at the bottom of the page though, like the others I don't have are, they are in the place they would be if I had them, they are just blanked/red with the question mark on them.

 

Edit: (sorry it's so late, forgot.) This bug corrected itself after a relog.
