The first item you should make is an equipable piece of gear that has the same utility as the carrier's vacuum, allowing the Kubrow to suck up surrounding drops. At high levels you don't want to sticking around in one spot for too long running around in little circles or getting yourself stuck in a corner. A maxed vaccum has great range so you can sprint through an area at top speed and in a straight line to pick up everything, not to mention it benefit to perching.
