Switch Teleport

So when my Loki Prime finally hopped off the Foundry, and after I leveled him up a bit and equipped Switch Teleport, I was a tad surprised when I found out it doesn't work on team mates.

I clearly recall my brother playing with vanilla Loki in U13.7, and Switch Teleport worked just fine on team mates. For me, it works on enemies, my decoy, but not on friendlies.

I looked through the patch notes, but couldn't find anything on Loki or Switch Teleport. 

Either I'm being a tubelight or I'm experiencing a really disappointing bug. What say?

I think that DE made it so that you can't ST players standing in extraction to limit trolling. Was this what you were trying to do?

It doesn't work anywhere. Like, anywhere on the map. I've tried.

I just played loki p a week ago and ST was working just fine with teammates

I can confirm that it works too, but in some conditions it doesn't. You can always use it on decoy anyway.
