Problem With Buying Platinum - Money Deducted, No Platinum

So I got the whopping discount reward and decided to shell out for some Platinum.

 

I bought it on Saturday or Sunday - but no platinum has been added to my account. I even sent a support ticket - no reply.

 

The money has NOW been deducted from my account - but still no platinum.

 

Last time I bought platinum with PayPal I clicked on "Buy", and had my platinum 10 seconds later. Not several days to never.

 

Obviously I am quite unhappy about the situation.

De support doesnt work on weekends i suggest pming Becca or a mod to escalate it

Support tickets don't usually get an immediate response regardless of the day of the week. By the time you get a response, you may even have your platinum.

tickets reagarding platinum buys get immediate attention. this is DE not some crappy developer.

They reacted instantly. They are looking at stuff, but I am amazed how quickly they react.

 

I will see how it goes, but so far I am positively impressed by their customer support.
