I restarted my computer, and Warframe uninstalled form steam, even thou i still have the shortcut. Warframe took me pretty much 2 days to install with steam, because for no reason, steam has to use up 8.3 g and then the Warframe window pops up and says installing... WHY? I ALREADY INSTALLED FROM STEAM, DO I REALLY HAVE TO USE UP THAT MUCH? Anyway, I can't install it from the website, because it says something about contacting the admin to send me another copy of the game or something like that, because it expired... weird..... and now for no reason i have to install it again, wasting my time and argon crystals, my kubrow is probably gonna die, because she is at critical health... THANKS ALOT!

did you remove warframe from your steam library? you should never do that. At most you can "remove the local content" which removes the local warframe installation.

and contact support directly, who should be able to help you with account related issues.

Unlocking to add my $0.02 on your issue Kryo,

Steam sometimes acts very iffy with Warframe; if you verify Warframe using Steam (or if you have "keep this game up to date" with steam settings) then the game will redownload entirely. This is because the version of Warframe on Steam's servers (which it checks your files against) are actually outdated, but Steam doesn't know that (it thinks the files on Steam's servers are the latest versions). Paired with how patches are applied (they apply directly to the game's big files, which is what steam checks/verifies) means that Steam will think that all of your game's data is outdated/corrupted, forcing an entire redownload.

I suggest Downloading the standalone installer and installing Warframe that way. Make sure you right click and "Run as Administrator" when installing, and that the install directory is your Program Files folder (and not "<user>\appdata\local\"). You do not need an admin from Warframe to allow you to install the game. If you're still having trouble getting the standalone installer to run, please feel free to send a private message my way. I can probably help troubleshoot the issue for you.

Relocking.
