I'd put money more than 80% of PC gamers running OC'd machines, yet that would mean at least 80% of Warframe players would be getting these crashes. it also seems to be quite recent, and for me personally I've clocked over 190 hours but have only noticed it turning to S#&$ in the last 30 or so.

Hmmm here's the thing, I spoke to some guys from my clan and ended up telling them I had Windows 8.1 Pro installed for OS.

They immediatly said this was the issue. It has lots of incompatibilities and struggles to run several programs, which can include Warframe.

My suggestion, is to try and downgrade your Operative Systems to Windows 7, and see how it goes.

In my case, all of this got worse with the 8.1 update, so that's what I'm going to try as well

no way in hell I'm going back to 7 for a game. not much help but I found some info where a couple of guys living close to eachother and on the same network were experiencing the same issue. one had a perfect connection and the other had the same speeds but constant crashes. they fixed it by running the one having problems through the other guys PC as a network host, but that's not much of a fix.

But in my case, Win8 has brought me more problems than advantages, so I'll try it anyway and get back here when I see the results

I've been experiencing frequent crashes like OP, but so far they have all happened in the Liset hub rather than during a mission.  I can't even change my loadout without crashing now.

Every time I even double click the icon to play the game, my laptop's fans go crazy, they just start blowing at full speed, and that goes on to the full extent of the time I play (which is really, really limited) until it crashes, then they return to normal.

Is this an indicator that the cause may be overheating?

I seriously can't play, I've given up,

Hello Silver I am sorry to hear of your gaming issues it is weird since the event happened It crashes but now it won't even play at all so I do not know what the update during the gatecrash did to my computer. Hopefully they will solve it sooner or later. It is weird because i did not do any changes that would cause it.

I am having the crashing constantly its made the game unplayable and its never done this before the update the other day...

 

also the high frame rate time and really low fps and when it crashes there is no crash window for reporting..

Warframe never ever ever ever EVER ever succeeds to start up. I just can't deal with it... once it starts to update, it either crashes, restarts or just plainly stop. ALWAYS. And when I try to change settings, and the verify, it verifies forever. I'm currently downloading the game and finally got up to the point where it actually works, but the download speed goes from 900 kb/s to 300 to 12 to 9 to 0 in about 15 seconds, and it just fluctuates. And it does this every update. And even though it keeps sometimes to say continuously  about 88, it says that for about 30 seconds with no progress ever made. 

As you can see I am writing this progressively as my game downloads and so far it took me about 35 minutes since I started at 7;25 and now where i live, its 8 and still not done.

OK, so been having this issue for a while, posted in a few different threads about it but this is on it's way to MEGA so here's the update.

 

recap: constant crashing, not network/hardware/software related, not in game specific(no pattern, random) and only get an error code one in 5 times, that code is 327714.

 

was a Steam user, deleted and cleaned steam and d/l Warframe from DE's site with no issues, game still crashes. send support ticket including ee.log and dxdiag and have gota response that the files are corrupted. advised to verify then optimise game cache from launcher, then download Malwarebytes(?) and run that.

 

so far nothing's changed. not updating ticket until i've run more tests.

I'm going to send my computer back to the manufacturer and claim warranty rights because just yesterday while reinstalling some drivers after another OS clean installation, it showed 5 BSOD's in a row.

Please guys, note that I'm not just taking these measures over a game, my pc has always been problematic and I can't allow that because it's way to risky considering the University degree I'm undergoing right now. The fact is I've come to discover that ALL the games I've recently tried to install for experimenting purposes have crashed , and trust me, I've tried a few.

I sure hope it is not a game issue because, on my free time, while at home, I really like playing Warframe, as I'm sure all of you do.

Please DE, take all this that has been said in this thread in consideration and try fixing it for the sake of all those who want to truly appreciate this absolutely stunning game you've managed to bring this far and into that little (BIG) gaming space in all our hearts.

Hello everyone once again!

My computer came in today from the manufacturers, entirely new, everything new, completely fresh and guess what? Yeah, ridiculously enough, the game still crashes, can't even let me finish one mission, bla bla bla, you know the drill.

It makes me come to the conclusion that the problem is actually from the game. I tried to put this option apart since my brother plays it with no such problems whatsoever but now, I can't try and ignore it anymore, it's absolutely impossible for the cause to be my PC.

So, with this said, I sincerely hope that this gets fixed soon because i'm really losing interest and getting so filled up with work that I will most probably just stop playing. As I am, I'm sure many are as well, sick of this and without even knowing why it happens.

My pc has great temps  so i know its not  overheating .

play bf3 on ultra all day no crash also csgo maxed no crash vindictus  maxed no crash crysis 2  ultra no crash ...reformated  pc  and still no help ..tried 4 gpu drivers  still crash  but warframe always crash's  been trying for help and never get a answer ..I just log in to feed my puppy and try to make more than one run ...I just can not see putting money on this game anymore if i can only play one or two runs ..Best game I have played but it really makes me but hurt not to play

Hello folks I was on the Facebook Page and commented the issue here and though the person who responded was a rude in responding (a fellow facebook user) he told me to clear my caches and cookies to clean my system. I hope that it helps. I will update my experience later on.

Guys, I think I finally made it.

The whole issue for me was the installation process. The fact that you install the game with administrator rights makes the game automatically create the installation folder on a completely different place. By installing it without administrator rights, it installs the warframe folder in the C:/Appdata/local drive. If you tell it to install with administrator rights it will install in the Programs(x86) folder, automatically.

I also think it's a compatibility issue since I'm running it in Windows 8 compatibility mode.

It fixed the game crashes with the crash handler for me, at least as far as I can tell by now! So if you haven't yet, feel free to try it out and come back here to update on how it went!

Although I stopped having those annoying The Evolution Engine crashes, I get constant ORANGE screens of death, but I believe it is due to some driver incompatibility I will have to dig into as soon as I have more time between hands.

my game seems to crash after 3 min after iv logged in. iv tried twice so far to play and it just freezes. cant do anything afterwords, not even exit out of the game D=>

I was fine until hotfix .5. Now in hotfix .6 I can't last in a match longer than 5 minutes. Interception is impossible for me right now. So much for finishing off the other Awing weapons.

Besides from crashing, now it sometimes says It could not connect to the crash report server so my crash report couldn't be sent...

I mean??? What is this, really?? I crash for no reason whatsoever, my game says it has UDP port forwarding issues, sometimes, but other times doesn't (I have all my firewalls allowing warframe to access whatever it wants, figuratively speaking) and now It can't even send my thousands of crash reports?

I don't know what else to say, I mean, It just doesn't want to run, just because. It refuses to let me play.

ok...still cant play the game....and when the game crashes it brings down my entire system. i literally cant do anything unless i restart my computer. i dont even know what the problem is!
