Babalenong
same can be applied to warframes, in closed beta we have those balls that indicates how many mods the weapon/frame got, and it can be useful to see, "oh that player maxed his weapon/frame, this is going to be good" in open beta after the mod change, applying a mod to a weapon only felt like... okay, i have a mod on this thing how about we alternate the looks of it, like when you add a fire mod, the barrel became more red and have a slight fire effects on it, magazine mods to lenghten the magazine, critical mods to add more decals on the weapon, damage mods to make barrel longer/bigger, etc now all the gun look the same, unmodded lex? chump looking small pistol, extremely modded lex that kills everything in one trigger pull? still chump looking would take a long time to do, but even size differences is okay for me, it will be useful to identify players equipments too yes the swords have effects when using elemental mods, and i appreciate that Edited April 18, 2013 by Babalenong

Firetempest
With mods being so core to the game, it would be nice with more model alteration. And I wouldnt expect to see them all reprsented like armor piercing, but some of them would be nice. Elemental damage. (would need to be a lot more subtle than the melee effects) Mag capacity Multi shot +% damage
