The Sheev Does Fire Damage ?

i use the sheev for the first time but then i proc fire on some infested and i have no idea why, is it like a hidden passive ? because it s not in the stats 

 

i didn t proc fire on jump attacks, i did it on normal attacks (or i didn t look clearly)

On jump attacks.

All blast procs, so even in combos, will net the fire proc too instead.
