I'm new to Warframe. I originally played many moons ago, but only a short while. I initially didn't like the feel of the game and dismissed it without much thought. I've given it another look due to recent hype and people giving positive remarks about it. I'm happy to say that i've gotten addicted like so many others have. At first it appears mass effect'ish in terms of combat and play, but it's really far from that and has a lot to it.

I'm chronicling my time as a Tenno on my twitch channel. I've been looking for some people to play with and just general help as i'm still learning things. An example of my noobish'ness is using a forma i got on my dual zorens. Some would say it's a waste, but the fact i can use a fully upgraded organ shatter is awesome! i did a 1.4k crit with my melee and do more dmg over all, so i think it's a good deal even though it could've got to better use later down the road.

You can find me on twitch as Maxx_Mind. I play in the evenings EST. See you later and in-game!

Thanks DE for making a great game. Even if there's a few bugs and the physics are kinda derp, it's still fun.

I wouldn't forma anything besides warframes and top notch weapons, it takes too long to level the item back up, and you will NOT earn additional mastery points.

For now you should get the Kunai Mk1 from the market ( http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/MK1-Kunai ), but once you reach mastery rank 2 you should craft the real Kunai ( http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Kunai ), which is really easy to level because it starts with 2 V polarities, and the damage is very high, so even when unranked it performs pretty well; oh and the wiki is your friend, use it often...

I've used the wiki a bit. In terms of melee, Dual Zoren seem pretty good. I prefer melee over using guns, although i like bows so i am leveling the Dread. Unlike other RPG games, there doesn't seem to be a "best" in Warframe, which is kind of nice but is also frustrating because its harder to pinpoint what to really focus on.

I also want to figure out what warframes are best for melee. Specifically, what frame should i get now and then which frame is better for end game. I've read that Rhino is good early on and that Valkyr is good later when you have better mods ( which i dont have right now ).

I understand that people seem to say "its up to your preference", which doesnt make any sense to me. Either someting is better or it isn't. People have played this game enough, i kinda expect there to be a tier list of bad, good and best. I know that a lot of frames have unique uses, like Trinity for heals and Vauban for Vortex keking. I enjoy the melee aspect and would like to create a warframe that can be a crazy killnig machine with whatever weapon works best. If there are multiple possibilities for this, meaning many things are of equal stance, then that's fine. I'd just like some direction into which things to focus on.

thanks for the support and help.
