It seems we are still in the wake of U14, and even if the bugs have since been fixed, every ticket needs to be checked, and clearing the backlog will probably take a while. They got like a million a day reports of "MY FOUNDRY GAME ME WRONG SIZE PEN...SIL!!!11111, YOU MUST GIVE ME COMPENSATION!!!111" Your problem is sooooo important, they really must ignore everything else and the community demands and work on your Very Important Problem!
