Made a ticket almost 9 days ago and it is STILL unanswered.... i understand busy but seriously wtf.

 

Foundry went bonkers and gave me the wrong item and cant make the frame i was planning on but still no answer, if this is the norm i might as well move onto another game

Well, support should really take preference to reports, that lead to a crash at least. They got like a million a day reports of "MY FOUNDRY GAME ME WRONG SIZE PEN...SIL!!!11111, YOU MUST GIVE ME COMPENSATION!!!111" 

 

Your problem is sooooo important, they really must ignore everything else and the community demands and work on your Very Important Problem! Cuz, you`re a VIP, right?

Ive seen numerous thread stating this game has good support and quick responses, yet not even a "we will look into it" in a week and a half?

 

But nice to know there are some toxic a$$hats on these forums too, and here i thought school had started already...
