Rank Up Level 6 Bug

I'm ready to rank up but each time I click on "RANK UP" the game reloads itself and then I'm back on the main screen as if I attempted to rank up but I don't what the issue is or why it happens, I'm stuck on rank 5.

I'm rank 1, it is 3 days that I try to launch the mastery test.

 

Every time it lock for 5 seconds then start the loading screen with the ship in the space and after some seconds I'm back in my ship and the test is failed and I have to wait other 24 hours.

 

It is the 3th time and already lost 72 hours.

 

Please do something, or let me know how to solve the problem.

the same thing happend to me to at rank 11....not cool man NOT cool
