Huge Lag Since Latest Major Update

Greetings,

It's not just me but a lot of random people i'm playing with. Often we start a void mission and then it turn to be a lag fest, disconnections, host migrations.

It is diccult to join a Gate Crash mission, even if the number of active sessions is not very high.

 

This wasn't happening before 14.7, well not like this.

One recent behind-the-scenes update was added to the launcher which can fix many issues with lag and loading times. (Edit - it may help because of the mess left behind rearranging so many files in an update the size of U14)

 

Click the cog icon in the launcher, Verify then Optimize the download cache by clicking the buttons there.

 

 

This is also mentioned in the automated(?) response generated when submitting a support ticket.

it helped, althought took some time to fully check and optimise the cashe.
