Because for those of us who buy them a week at a time, but unforeseen stuff comes up and we are gone for 2-3 days...it just wastes the booster. That would be good, but it would need to come with an "activation period" before they are active again, so people don't just deactivate it when they stop playing. Realistically how much money do you think DE makes off people buying boosters rather than people buying say, slots, Prime Access packs, cosmetics and equipment.
