They are allowed, but not enforced so DE wont do anything if you get scammed

According to the trading guide/faq, people trading for things that are not in-game stuff can face removal of trading privilege, account suspension or permanent banning. So technically we shouldn't be trading for stuff that are not in-game items, you can, but if you get caught you will face the consecuences. That's why I said to OP that they aren't allowed, to save him/her future troubles if she/he does get to trade those things.
