(PSN)qwerty1310 Posted September 21, 2014 Share Posted September 21, 2014 I am not sure whether I was supposed to get it but I went for a dark sector pvp and a rare mod dropped,and when I picked it up,it was a master thief, and master thief DOES drop from specters,so after the mission I went to browse my mods but I couldn't see it anywhere.
