Leveling Up Vitality And Redirection?

I have been shoving mods after mods into these two mods and now I am only 2 levels away from full, problem is that I am 2 levels away for almost a year. no matter how many i shove it only goes up a tiny bit. even duplicates have mediocre effect. what should i do to fully level them up?

Farm T4 Survival,get tons of R5 Core.

You shove more Core to it,trust me it will go up real fast.

R5 cores are your best bet. Do more T4 survivals I guess.

Using mods to level up other mods is absolutely useless. Just use cores, and sell dupes for creds. 

 

And for cores to T4 survival if you're geared more than enough.

Just keep throwing mods at it, I've clocked in 670 hours of game time and i just maxed out my Serration.

do more t4 survivals, i just ranked my heavy cal to rank 8 just for 4 days or something, just farm t4 sur

you use duplicates to get the mod you want to rank up from R0-3,4,5, but you need to rank up the rest with cores because as you said, the duplicates will have little affect
