I have yet to even see the lottery wheel, though people in-game told me it shows up as soon as you log in daily. Am I supposed to do something to activate it? Or is it a bug for new players? Every NEW day, (about 8:00 am GMT+8), the lottery wheel will appear. You have to log in every day to get increasingly better bonuses up to 7 days where it caps there (and where the best stuffs are, like Orokin Reactor/Catalyst).
