Valkyr Build

I am looking for a valkyr build atm. I heard there are 2, Warcry and Full hysteria build, which one is more viable considering the recent updates? Also is it true that mods that increase power strength does not affect Valkyr's hysteria? If that is true, using mods that increase power strength is useless right?

Increasing Power Strength does further increase the damage from Hysteria. It also increase the armor bonus and slows from Warcry.

I have a full lifestrike valkyr build but because all the mods that are good for warcry are good for hysteria I chuck it in anyway, I use it as a get of jail free card.

Warcry and Hysteria work well together, I'd use both if I were you. Warcry benefits Hysteria too, so I'm not sure why you wouldn't want to use both. Rip Line is a bit more situational, so using it is up to your discretion, but Warcry and Hysteria are good together. Heck, Paralysis ain't bad either, it just works poorly with Valkyr's stats.
