Bad Rng?

You're telling it to a person who needed 15k Powerfist kills to get Seeking Force. And had more then 20k Leech ospreys kills without a single Gleaming Talon.

The amount of kills I needed just for these two mods are like the total number of kills of some people who reached MR10+ leeching in Dark Sectors.

I don't believe that.

the best part being that you dont have to belive it...i actually know somone who, back 2 nav UI updates ago, ran ruk for ember parts and about 300 runs later finally got the systems.

truth be told if you have bad luck then a few hundred runs is very beliveable

DE should come clean and reveal the drop chance for every item.

This is not going to happen, ever. Not during the Beta, not after release. And that is because Warframe's RNG is not really RNG, but rather weighted percentages.

Anyone annoyed, frustrated, or willing to give feedback about drops and drop tables in Warframe should read these:

I and DoomFruit discuss the issue with Letter13: https://forums.warframe.com/index.php?/topic/245447-request-for-de-to-post-probabilities-along-with-drop-locations/

Interesting:

Considering this data was used on two occasions to back up claims that things were seriously wrong with the drop rates in this game, and really out of necessity, since DE did not want to hear our line of reasoning, only after "we" pointed out the flaws, with 'evidence'. I'd have to say that I don't trust them when they encrypt the data, and expect us to be okay with whatever kind of loot tables, or information they're willing to provide. Those two occasions are demonstrable that they either don't know what the hell is going on, or they did intend on skewing the system as the new table suggests.
