Warframe Mods (Cards)

I accidently fused my special cards and cant get them back.. I only have decoy.. and im a level 18 Loki. Anyway i can get my other warframe specials back?

No you cannot. You will have to find them by farming mods, if Decoy is the only you have left, then you'll have to make due with that until you find the others along the way. Many new players are making this mistake and asking for their ability mods back, it can't be done, you COULD make a new account or wait until the optional reset becomes available or build/buy a new frame. Right now the common warframe ability mods are dropping often ans I see a lot of uncommon ability drops as well. Every now and then I'll pick up a Rare but not too often, it all comes down to luck, and farming higher level areas grants you higher chances to obtaining those rare ability mods.

If you don't have a lot invested in your account, it might be worth it to just start again from scratch.
