Completing Mission But Says Fail At End

So this has just started happening to me last couple days so i dunno what has changed or what but its getting really annoying. But ill be in a game do survival usually and go 30+ mins well when i go to leave the screen zooms out and the completion screen goes small around my warframe where it follows me out of view when it loads back on ship in front of Nav says mission fail even tho gaming with my buddy says it completed for him so loosing my experience and everything i pick up just want to know whats going on loosing my mind wasted couple hrs now where it just randomly does this. I dunno if there is a way to fix but anyone know help would be appreciated.

 

Anyone else having this problem? If so how did you fix

I can reproduce this:

1. At extraction, open your progress list from ESC menu.

2. Extract with the list opened.

3. UI follows your Warframe into space.

4. Mission fails for you only, lose all progress.

It has happen mostly on survival mission on Cassini, Cameria, Hieracon so far atleast
