Despair is higher damage per throw,and more ammo efficient than Hikou Prime

When Hikou Prime shoot like bullet storm,real fast fire rate,and more dps,but burn you ammo pool real quick.

Its a bit better than Despair with much better status chance and worse ammo economy, good as is but could use a small buff. 

Non-prime Hikou is great early-game weapon that can carry through all the normal-game content even with no formas (2 stock Vs)

Hikou prime fire rate is much higher than despair,which means it can put one more damage mod instead.

Maybe it can outclass despair after all.
