Rewards Missing From T4 Def

So we Nyx prime farming and half way  during the match two of my clan mates stop seeing mobs, so we tag out at wave 20 and game use my key but all the rewards are missing.

 

So people beware of the void being fubar, sigh I should have taken a screen show of end of mission but wasn't thinking.

 

We lost lex prime bp, fusion cores and Ankyros partx2 and Vor spawn and he drops Virulent Scourge. I be so &!$$ if Nyx part drop and it did this.

 

Also weird part is I had Helios out and his codex scan of Vor didn't stick too.
