Is it a bug or an official change? I mainly did T3E, got 3 rhino prime blueprints, 2 forma, over 1 million credits, but no forma blueprint. Remember that time when DE insisted they were fine but datamining proved them wrong and a com mod had to resign? That I managed to get one from a T3 today though...
