While testing some things (https://forums.warframe.com/index.php?/topic/315610-look-the-alert-bug-again), I noticed the Alerts in game weren't being reflected on Twitter. In the past 20 minutes or so, we've been trying to figure out if the error of Alerts not showing up on Twitter is on our end or not. Currently it doesn't look like it is on our end; DEZwak has been finding sources that many other devs who use Twitter OAuth are having issues. Investigation ongoing! Thanks. We are still monitoring this to see what steps need to be taken for a permanent fix.
