Affects anyone.Special: Hydroid's power cost 20% less energy to cast when the Monsoon is in effect. Ember's powers cost 20% more energy to cast when Monsoon is in effect. Frost's powers cost 10% less energy to cast when Monsoon is in effect.Monsoon Rain Lotus Message:"Tenno, watch your step. The heavy rainfall here may cause areas to become slippery."Mechanic:Spawns puddles of water which are prone to causing a knockdown effect. Running through the pool will cause a frontal knockdown, like when passing through a Corpus laser barrier.Walking through the puddle will cause you to fall on your back, like when you are tagged by a Grineer Scorpion. After this, you can continue normally.Corpus Snow Outpost Tileset:Weather Effect: BlizzardA snow storm covering this outpost, causing every outdoors tile to have a blizzard effect, limiting anyone's FOV to 2 meters. Causes turrets, cameras, doors and other devices to malfunction.Blizzard Lotus Message:"Tenno, this outpost is caught in a blizzard. Be cautious, your field of view is limited."Mechanic:Perception of all in-game characters become limited to two meters. Effects limited to outside tiles. Cameras, turrets and laser barriers malfunction, activating and deactivating at random moments.Grineer/Corpus Ship tileset:Weather Effect: FogA shipwide fog, obstructing view and making equipment malfunction.Fog Lotus message"Tenno, the ship's lifesupport systems have malfunctioned and created a shipwide fog. This will restrict both your and the enemy's field of view."Mechanic:Essentially the same as Blizzard. In this fog field, powers of stealth(Volt/Loki/Ash) and Hydroid's powers cost 20% less energy to cast.Corpus Ship Tileset:Effect: Magnetic Field.Causes devices and other machinery to have a magnetic field, Mag's powers cost 20% less when standing in the magnetic field. Standing in the field causes minor HUD and shield disruptions.Grineer Ship Tileset:Effect: DisruptionsCauses steam vents to open and temporarily emit a steam cloud. Pipe occasionally rupture, dealing blast and impact damage to anyone closeby.Phobos Desert Tileset:Weather Effect: SandstormA sandstorm, affecting anyone in an outdoors tile.Lotus Sandstorm Message:Tenno, be careful. A sandstorm is approaching. This will sandblast anyone exposed to its effects.MechanicCauses a powerful drain on shields and health to anyone exposed, it will make Tenno bleed out. Requires a horrifying effect of an enemy's flesh being sandblasted off his skeleton.Corpus/Grineer Ship TilesetEffect: Power OutageShipwide power failures, emergency lighting is on, but provide little light. The darkness decreases power cost of Nekros'abilities by 20%, while Nova's powers cost 10% more energy.Updates to other hazards:Fire hazard: Ember's powers cost 20% less energy to cast when standing in a Fire Hazard. Frost's powers cost more to cast when standing in fire.Ice hazard: Frost's powers cost 20% less energy to cast when standing in an Ice hazard. Ember's powers cost more when standing on an ice patch.Sound Absorb:Amidst a battle of 10+ enemies, Banshee absorbs all sound around her, completely recharging her energy and that of her fellow Tenno.Shadow Creature:Standing in shadows, Nekros uses 10% less energy to cast powers.Light Being: Nova uses 20% less energy when standing in sunlight/daylight.Divine InterventionOberon's powers receive a damage boost of 10% when his squad members are all Prime Warframes. 20% Damage when in the Void.Filthy Skum!Saryn's powers cost 10% less when fighting Infestation. Costs 20% less energy when aboard an Orokin/Corpus Derelict.Memories Of The Past:Valkyr's powers cost 20% less energy to cast and power damage is increased with 20% while on Corpus Gas City Tileset, 10% when on other Corpus tilesets, and normal on all other tilesets.Still working on advantages/disadvantages for other Warframes and tilesets.
