Who's Getting Tired Of Destiny?

I'm being guilted into holding on to this game but I'm really getting sick and tired of playing it. it's the same thing over and over again:

Go to this place, kill this, now defend here

My biggest issue that I have to deal with is people are trying to guilt me into keeping it because "warframe is the same way" or that "you just haven't played it long enough (i'm level 24)"

If it is getting boring stop playing it, at least for some time.

If you force yourself to play a game you will end up resenting it and never playing it again anyway.

I wish I had a console so I could finally quit playing Warframe...

But warframe is on both consoles...

Oh wait I get the joke now.

You now, I am really starting to get tired of these 'let's flame anoher game that isn't Warframe' threads.

I'm not flaming another game. Nowhere in my post am I flaming this game because it isn't WF. I'm just stating I'm getting bored of it...geez decaf yo

I'm not tired of it.

And 'kill this, defend this, go here' is all part of Warframe's core gameplay as well.

That I understand and accept. I just hate having to be guilted into doing something that I don't want to do. In essence I think all games are repetitive however like the guy said earlier, if you get bored of it you should put it down.

Haven't tried it yet but from the sounds of it its borderland+halo graphics-90% of borderlands guns+a bandwagon

I played it, and that is basically what I perceived it as. Maybe Borderlands just wasn't as popular/well-known on consoles for people to make that direct comparison. Surprisingly haven't really read any reviews that made a mention of it. The only difference is that you can enter an instance with a bunch of random people with a hub city that everyone can stand around in. Borderlands just had 4 player co-op and a much more singleplayer-focused direction.

Enemies act an awful lot like Covenant, and their AI/movements all sort of feel like Halo. Even the enemies and weapon styles are similar.

Im tired of it and i never played it. Seems a little overhyped like watch dogs if you ask me.

Have to agree.

Don't own a console and i'll never play it yet i'm bored of it.

Hype ... killing things you haven't even touched due to overexposure.

Warframe had growing pains. A portion of the community reacted harshly and unfairly labeled it a GRIND GAME among other things. Now they're encountering an actual triple A title based on linear progression, RNG loot and grinding and they don't know how to make sense of all the bull$hit they've committed to here, when faced with the real thing there.

It's fun to watch, honestly.

Its pretty pathetic for the most expensive ever AAA game.  DE has a fraction of the people and resources and does a much better job.  A year ago I was looking forward to Destiny,  and I have learned not to buy AAA games when they first come out as many of them have been disappointing.  So I waited and watched player reviews (because video game press is corrupt as hell), and there is no way in hell I will spend money on Destiny as it stands.  Should have know that it was going to be a DLC cashgrab fest with Activision attached to the game, they are as bad as EA.

Maybe in a couple years it will be worth playing.  But its a console game so tweaks and updates will be slow as hell.

The most accurate review of it POSSIBLE

Basically your playing chapter one of the game. You pay all that money. FOR CHAPTER 1!!! The finale is anti-climatic as well. Plus the voice acting irritates

Yay for angry Joe!!!! for saving my hard earned cash...... and from saving it from the evil cobra casher

PvP is pretty entertaining if you can deal with the bullsh*ttery that is Titan fist-to-ground-to-AoE-OHK-crap and the nonsense that is Warlocks in general.

If you've got class you'll play Bladedancer hunter and slice and dice people.

The endgame grind (Lv 20+ Light Gear) is especially difficult unless you have a party and PSN friends. But PvP is pretty fun.
