Ranking Up Help

Idk if this is right forums but i can't rank up to mastery 6, i hit the rank up button in the menu it lags for a bit then loads the ship flying into the sun. Then it brings me back to my ship and i can't try again because i have to wait 24 hours to try to rank up again. Then i repeat the process and get the same results. Any advice?

This a bug that is currently affecting all platforms for rank up missions. It is a terribly annoying bug, and very selective in it's nature.

You can possibly try switching your matchmaking type to solo before attempting, as I've heard this had helped for others. I'm also completely sure that the last time I ranked up successfully, I was in solo.

For me it stopped bugging when i turned Anti-Aliasing back on!

The way I've gotten around this after these occurrences on several different rankings was to take the test first thing after logging in.

 

If you qualify to rank up whilst gaming, exit the client, wait a minute or two, reload client then take the test.

 

It has never failed to deliver me to the test since I've done it this way :)

Turning it into matchmaking solo worked and am now mastery 6 thx for the help Devoid

Same happened to me . Waited 24 hrs and tried again, completed the mission the next day and after the final score board , my frame just sat on the arena without loading back to my ship after completion , couldn't do anything so I have to close the game and when I went back in again , the mission completion wasn't recorded so I have to wait another 24 hrs . Waited another 24 hrs and same thing happened with loading screen but didn't take me to the mission . 3 time in a row T.T
