Mission Completed, But No Way To Get Back

Few times that happened with few different teams last few weeks.
Just few minutes we were on survival t4 25 mins, killed Vor and mission was finished, but then it pilled all team back with no way to move, only  the screen with results appeared, to close mission after 2 mins of waiting something has changed but all results wasn't written with the status mission failed .

 

Other mission also survival doors to exit was simply closed, no way to go through.

For me it seems begin to happen after last event, while event was on the stage some errors of this kind occure i'm not sure when exactly. maybe it is because of some NAT PC features, i'd say something wrong in between server and game-host.
i think that results can be send by any team member and also this should be done continuously while mission is running..

 

UPD : got items of that t4 mission received

just now a mission host leaved survival 35m stage and after host migration there was no those reward that was received in mission run. there had to be few keys, but there was no any of them and all my shooting stats was also resetted, some 16 kills instead of 500-600.

 

when timer to leave began to tick i was in leaving room, but decided to support another member, host stayed in room and timer for me disappeared, but host left the stage and we did that too in about a minute.
