Guest
I am squeezing my eyes so much it hurts, but i'm still not sure if i actually see something there or my mind is just hallucinating... Jokes aside, those flames might as well not be there, cause i just can't see them, they need to be more defined, or at the very least more thick, like the Silva or Pyra syadana. Am i the only blind guy in here?
HalotroopermanX7
Other players have come to an agreement that the new Slipstream helmet's pigtails are very difficult to see... you're not alone I can assure you.
LoopStricken
They need to be much more visible yes, and probably longer than they currently are.Not to mention the concept art made it look like they'd be angled outwardly and not straight back, which was the biggest reason I voted for that design in the first place! Kumon-Sensei
Glad I'm not the only one that thought those energy flames are too dim. I think they should look like define "hairstyle" like this: how cute will the Nova with "twintail" be?
InvaderMEEN
+1 to more visible pigtails.
Ediconum
Absolutely agree. They need more visibility.
Sophism
In agreement as well. I was excited about her new helmet, but when I previewed it, the flames were barely visible even with really bright energy colors, such as chartreuse and magenta. They definitely could be a bit more pronounced, slightly longer, and angle downwards at the end to better match the concept art. It also wouldn't hurt to look into fixing her neck texture's seam. With a charcoal grey color, the texture has a very noticeable white seam where the neck and the helmet meet.

Katakuna
More visibility, more length. Without question. I thought it was an issue of perspective when I read the patch notes, but it doesn't look any better in-game.
Mea_K
I've always wanted a Nova twintail helmet, but this attempt doesn't look good at all compared to the concept art that was shown ages ago. Making the energy more visible would barely help since in my opinion the angle and shape of the tails are all wrong too. I fear the designers may believe something truly cute would not fit in the Warframe universe (I heartily disagree) and gave us this as a compromise. CapricaSix
Not to mention the concept art made it look like they'd be angled outwardly and not straight back, which was the biggest reason I voted for that design in the first place! Hear hear, it looks pretty awkward now, concept art betrayed us all :P the player-created version which the concept art was initially based on was even better, but well... maybe this is because they've never admitted to Nova's neck being weird and "broken" (but rather simply dismissed it as a "flaw that gives the warframe a 'personality'") all the while never including that wormy long neck bit to the concept arts they keep making, to make it look more appealing, only not as appealing in-game for some reason...
