Bladestorm Without Melee Weapon

I brought Ash and only a Primary Weapon (Buzlok) on a defense mission, I did not have a melee weapon equipped. When i used Bladestorm a Skana appeared in my hand as Bladestorm activated. Unfortunately it didn't disappear, leaving this result for the rest of the mission.

Its a default weapon for abilities, happens for Excal too sometimes. Also happens for Valkyre, she tends to keep her melee weapon during hysteria. Not common but known bug. Post a report for support and hope it will be fixed soon™ =)
