Random Blaze Glitch

So i was doing a defense mission on earth and i randomely picked up a blaze from killing a normal grineer lancer. The mission was not nightmare or an alert , it was just a normal earth defense mission. Is this a glitch? But thanks DE for the blaze , my first rare mod :)
