xXaidenXdarkheartsXx
this may not be such a big problem but i use Karyst and all of my attacks swing above feral kubrows -.-....its very quite impossible to hit them unless they are on higher ground than u (such as a lil slope)....they should fix wapons to strike the center of where ur cursor is pointed at such as....if im looking down my swipes should strike down and if im targeting a npc's head the swipes will go for the head and not a pre programed flurry of attacks that always hit in the same areas...yea ive gotten a head swipe with skana because of the V swings pushing the corpus dude side to side.....you could make all new attacks just for when u aim high or low such as a sweeping attack to the legs or head and a stabbing for daggers. cyril1204
Melee hit detection is pretty bad for airborne and small enemies, not restricted to daggers. Even whips have a certain attacks that will eventually hit them, the rest is nope
(PSN)MrNishi
If they would allow Ground Finishers to be performed by Reload+Melee, it would be easier to hit low enemies compared to trying to use a Jump slam attack that has no AoE (like some daggers). Evil_Brick
Or maybe they could... you know, make enemy melee hitboxes extend vertically so that we could still hit them despite awkward attack animations and despite standing on a slight incline? Wouldn't that further reduce the use of Reach-mod?
Evil_Brick
The way it is now, Reach is used as a band-aid solution because of the poor hitboxes. The Reach mod would still be useful for increasing your reach on a horizontal plane and therefore letting you strike targets earlier or more targets with multi-target melee weapons.
