[Suggestion] Primary Weapon - Grom

A light rifle not suited for standard combat but for running and gunning. It gives the user increased movement speed (+flat ms) and extreme accuracy but has a low clip size and fire rate.

Base damage: 24

RoF: 7.5

Accuracy: 100

Magazine: 20

Reload Speed: 2.0s

Critical Damage: +50%

Critical Rate: 10%

Polarity: (Dash Symbol)

Any thoughts and suggestions? Also, since there isn't any proper value to use for the bonus MS boost, I would like to say that it can make a Volt move as fast as a Loki with it on, stacks with Rush mod as well if you want to sprint.
