That reminds me of what I was driving in this morning... :-( Yeah, I've seen this before on PS4 as well, but in a different room (one of the Top level rooms in the Void Defense Tile, T1-4). I'm not sure what you are referring to by Ice Bridge. It's the room where there are two walkways of freeze tiles on either side of two laser box traps.
