Cant Join Friends

Whenever i want to play with my friends, it doesnt let me join them. It doesnt give me a reason or anything it just says failed. And we have tried the other way around with them inviting me but still, it just wont. I have tried everything from port forwarding to changing the ping limit. Anyone what to do?

Have you sent a ticket to support? 

 

Also, sometimes when i have this problem switch to solo, then switch back to public a few times, and it should be alright, if not then it could be on the hosts end

i have same thing with some people, we discovered that turning firewall off on both PCs. mine and my friends, allowed me to join. Doesnt work with everyone tho
