Casual/noob Here. Need To Farm Rhino Prime. Can Someone Lend A Hand ?

To start it off, I've been playing Warframe for a few weeks. I really want that Rhino Prime since Rhino itself just seems so easy to play, and with the Prime version I can farm more and catch up with people (I can hardly find any squad on normal missions). I already got the systems blueprint, and need help getting to T3 exterminate and T3 survival (rotation C as it says on the wiki ?). After that I can take my time with finding T1 Mobile defense keys I guess

 

Would be grateful if you do, my clan isn't much of a help when it comes to helping someone farm a prime, as it seems :/

 

P.S: Did any of you happen to find another topic the same as this one ? Same title, same words...
