matrixEXO
Not sure if it's only me but every time I alt tab from the game and back, it somehow shows a super small resolution. Before: After:
--Q--JoeTheBanshee
Are you using a computer monitor or a small TV, and what input are you using for your screen?
matrixEXO
Are you using a computer monitor or a small TV, and what input are you using for your screen? Using a pretty decent TV, about 36 inch if not wrong. Usually using 1360x768 resolution for desktop. Correction: It's 32 inches. matrixEXO
Moved to a proper section. Sorry for posting in the wrong area. Many issues like this occur because you're not connected to an actual computer monitor. Can't say I've seen any apart from this game. And it's only after the most recent update (10.0/10.1) I played it before then and it was still fine.

FarStike
Matrix are you connected to your monitor via HDMI? There appears to be a coding (re)initialization bug (missing coding steps) which affects HDMI Audio as well.

I'm not too knowledgeable about that so could you care to explain how it affects the visuals? EDIT: Just to point out, this has NEVER happened until the recent patches, since patch 14.10.0/10.1. Just to expand on that - It is very likely you are running different resolutions on your windows desktop versus warframe. With Alt-Tabbing, warframe may not be picking up that the resolution is different or re-initialises incorrectly. (Flat screens have a set optimised resolution. When we bypass it it no longer performs optimally) Hope this explanation was clearer and that I'm headed up the right path. If the above is correct, try changing your warframe to the same resolution Windows/Flat Screen is expecting and test Alt-Tabing again. You may have to lower some graphic settings if moving to a larger resolution on warframe. With regards audio - I use HDMI audio due to connecting to a large screen (current gen) display. After 5 minutes of not moving mouse there is an error saying "Lost audio driver, restart client". I have traced this back to the screen saver (blank screen) trying to kick in, warframe rejecting it but losing the audio device in the process. Audio works perfectly in Windows still. Warframe is not re-initialising (correctly) the audio device. Both bugs relate to HDMI.

EDIT 1 (Of many possible edits): Changed to windows resolution and immediately got hit by THIS case. Note that the 'smaller' screen is the actual game video itself and it reads as if it were normal. EDIT 2 (maybe not so many edits after all): After alt-tabbing to post the above, the screen refits itself perfectly... sort of. Ran around to check whether it really is fine before taking the screenshot. EDIT 3: After exiting the game and re-running it at Windows resolution, no problem. It definitely is the re-initialisation bug. Still a problem because I never had this issue before the recent patches and it never affected any other of my games that I played so far.
