Help With Blind Justice!

When It was first shown, Blind justice had that awesome backstab, but now that the stance has been released It isn't in the game, i have tried counters and stealths! Is It in the game or has DE not put It In (It was what I was looking forward to the most about the stance).

Blind Justice drops from Stalker and transmute. It is in game, but just hard to get.
