Yutty Posted January 12, 2013 Share Posted January 12, 2013 On the Hek Shotgun Normal Damage 11% Damage mod that changes 176 to 200 damage Electric 13% Damage mod changes 0 to 6.38 damge Why does the 11% normal damage add 14 damage when a 13% Electric damage mod only ad 6.38 damage?
