Are Psychic Bolts Worth Using Now?

So I got Nyx Prime and planned my build for her, but now that psychic bolts were fixed, are they worth using now?

Well if you have an arcane Vespa helm, you should put it on and max Fleeting to rank 5, save a mod slot.

You should remove your Narrowminded, it's not really advised to go for long duration for Nyx. Plus, it's crippling your Absorb which already has a bad range a bit. You can replace it with Constitution or Continuity, or for extra range, add a Stretch.

Nope, still trash.  Honestly the ability needs to be toss in the garbage with an entirely new one created to replace it.
