perfectStranger
As the title says, now i understand it froma certain point of view, but i think is mostly unpractical in real usage.Thais implies us to change companion weapon every time we switch a weapon or to have a double copy of each mod. UNPRACTICAL. Please can we change that, decoupling the mods usage between warframe's and companion's weapons? Consideridering mods like a tech advance we can use unmaterially, indeed like an istance of the tech, and not like as the material tech itself as is treated at the moment? Brimir
Because you have to compromise...? Modding is a huge advantage Sentinel weapons have over Kubrows, you should expect a drawback like that.
perfectStranger
Your objection makes no point, because if you have 2 copies of each mod you can circumvent that compromise, so you see, it is not about a tactical compromise to make, it is just about being unpractical :) a poor design decision. And yes, kubrows sux badly in comparrison even just to Vacuum. Edited October 11, 2014 by perfectStranger

perfectStranger
Yes, that's the point. That is no compromise, no decision... it is just unpractical to get 2 copies of each weapon mod and rank them both, it is confusing when you have to build loadouts, TL;DR it is plain stupid. vaugahn
If the mod is on your gun, how can it be on your sentinel's gun too? As far as we know mods can't be in two places at once.

We know that a mod can't be present two times in the same weapon, that's it, yet we don't need 2 copies when we are weilding dual weapons... that would be your logic. Precisely. ...Precisely masochist Edited October 11, 2014 by perfectStranger
