I Need Help With The Launcher, Please.

Yesterday when I was to about to update to the latest patch for the tactical alert, for some reason it just say '' Update failed! Please try again later.

 

But in my settings I have bulk download and aggressive, I tried to turn off bulk first but that did not work and then in ''Download Cache'' I tried ''Verify'' that also did not work and same thing with ''Optimize''. But I don't know what to do now it just keeps on doing it and I just some help with this, but if you know how help me with this it will be a big thanks.

Both of those links should make you try to download a file from Warframe's servers.  If so, just cancel the download.

Yeah I got the index and the MOTD, and I play this game on steam.

If your browser can make those requests but the launcher can't, it might be a firewall or security software issue.

I have checked on the firewall on Norton, but I have them all three of them on auto is that good? And also drag the both files on the SteamApp and dropped at Cache.Windows in the warframe folder is both of the files I downloaded should be there or no?
