Imaru
As many (almost all I would assume) Forum Veterans here know, you can only see the most recent 25 notifications, and only 10 in the mini window. Would it be possible to double that so 50 are visible and 20 can be seen from anywhere in the forums? I ask because I often wake up in the morning and find I have 25 notifications. I don't know if I had more overnight and as a result may not see a response on a thread that has since been buried by other ones. Just food for though. Somedude1000
Agreed, especially if you get quoted a lot, this would be a handy feature. The User CP should also be longer perhaps? The weekly and daily following things should also be reviewed
Entari0
i certainly agree with this. not so much anymore, but i used to go to sleep and wake up to 25+ notifications. +1 OP
GhostSwordsman
It especially gets bad when you choose to follow a "dev stream X coming soonTM!" thread, as 25 notifications from that thread alone can appear in an hour or less. +

Also I like that gif.
GhostSwordsman
Wh-why would you follow one of those threads? Also I like that gif. Eh, I thought I'd take the time to read through peoples questions. That didn't happen. XD And I've only done it for the last two streams, probably won't ever follow those threads again. #lessonlearned
Elvang
That, or an option to show new replies to a followed topic once. I don't want to be notifed that a thread I started got 10 replies since I last visited it, I want to be notified that it got any reply. Just one entry per topic would make me happy. Elvang
I think you can set it to do just that, but I think it would be nice to either extend the notification list in addition to having that option. Unfortunately, there isn't one. Like most features the forum software offers, nearly all of the notification options are locked out to us. At very least it would go a long way to a solution.
Elvang
Yea. A workaround is to view your own profile and do a find content search, shown as threads. That'll let you sort through threads you've posted in by last response date, just look for a blue star. Any threads you didn't post in but followed you'll still have to remember the name and location of to hunt down one by one.
