As soon as you have someone in your squad, the bar disappears. It shouldn't. Why do you have to break and re-form your squad to change from public to friends only? This is stupid. This was way back in July, read the reply for the third quote: https://forums.warframe.com/index.php?/topic/268583-u14-ui-feedback/page-17#entry3219052 It was there but it didn't do anything so they removed it. Networking is involved not just UI, what I disagree is low priority. Comparing to subject things like art style that they like to play around in their ivory tower, this is an actual functionality that makes UI to serve players better.
