Not Giving Rewards

Recently I just did an alert for Fortitude.

When I got back to the ship it said I had also gotten Rendering Strike and Cosmic Spectre BP.

When I went to put Rendering Strike on my melee it wasn't there. And neither was the cosmic spectre bp.

I dug through my mod inventory and it never showed up, but I did recieve my Fortitude.

Either the mission glitched and took away those items or I never got them in the first place and the game glitched to say I did.

Mine is worst, I playing nightmare defense,using rhino prime after mission complete I don't revive the mod, and also yesterday I fought stalker after I finished wave 5, we can't continue lotus didn't say anything and the music was bugs, so I abort mission all I got was 500+ credits..

I've got the same problem. Did and Interception mission on Iapetus(Saturn). At the third wave I choose to exit then it said "mission failed" but all the reward was in the mission recap window, even when i went back in the Liset. But I didn't get anything from that mission, nor the exp i should get from the mission and the booster even in it were showed in the recap.
So I complete the mission but didn't get the orokin cells, the boosted exp(was the last minutes of booster too) or the mods.. I'm quite disapointed..
The rest of my team had no problem and received all the reward...

Yes, after mission I saw in rewards Cosmic Spectre bp and Fortitude, i dont know about mod, but i definitely don't get Cosmic Spectre bp. Well, actually, i don't need it, but we have some kind bug here, again.

also no cosmic spectre drop on alert rescue mission, even worse, two of us didn't get the pattern, and one of us -did- definitely an unpleasant moment when we go to try and start the pattern and nothing is there.

I am not sure if this is the right form to be posting this but I figured it was close enough to the same problem.

 

I just did an alert today that had the "Infest Impudence" aura mod for a reward after completing it I did not recive my reward along with my team mates who also did not receive them my group mates where me Reacy00, DaFoxx, and Mudpaws.

 

I was also in another alret yesterday with a cosmic specter reward that we did not recive with the following people me Mudpaws, and dariusnaglo.

 

I am not sure if I should say thier names but given I was in chat with them and they wanted me to while I was in it, please let me know if that is the case.

Yesterday I got teased by T2 Defence. It awarded me a Wyrm Prime Carapace, and the item never reached my inventory. I didn't think much of it, but the same thing happened again today with a Sicarus Prime Blueprint on ODD. Tennos sometimes lose some loot on the way home I guess.
