NightSniper
I have to say DE, you definitely made some bounds on this new update to the Pointed Wind stance, it is very fun to use now. This is the right direction to take daggers for sure. Now all that we need are some new daggers (possibly prime) to enter the scene with respectable damage and speed. Then I, as well as all the other dagger fanatics, will actually be able to equip a dagger in place of conventional melee whenever we go on missions. Axeroix
Dual Daggers are still tripe though...
ranks21
speed hasn't changed for dual daggers haven't tested the single yet.
TheLocalHentai
I agree. Pointed Wind isn't a crappier version of Homing Fang anymore.
Grulos
Pointed wind seems to be broken, uses different animations and the combo does not seems to work. It's faster though.

ActualDruzy
Geoff did say on the devstream that it launched with incomplete animations and that he was embarrassed, so the launch animations were probably just tests or placeholders not meant to go live. The combo works fine for me, it just doesn't look very different from the default combo but has the third part happening twice. I don't know if that's intended, but regardless it feels SO much better now than it did.
lNogardl
It does look better, much better actually, but still the combo itself is lacking, the second combo doesn't feel any different form the first, and i think adding an extra combo would be nice, that's my opinion though. StickyBaseline
Dual Daggers are still tripe though... Common, Dual daggers have S#&$ted on single daggers since melee 2.0 came out. They're on par now, dual daggers were never bad.
--Q--WaffleZ
Now a dagger with pointed wind stance is faster. I like it. But the change of the striking gale combo, I'm not even sure if I executed it because a dagger is now fast. I felt the combo is shorter and the two last hit is a slightly forward jump slash, which looks almost identical except the last one start with slashing on the ground first. It has a good mobility but looks generic and I'm not sure is it has any benefit. I love to see a flipping jump attack coming back, maybe not in the striking gale combo because the pointed wind still has a room for a new combo. neoragdoll
Pointed wind seems to be broken, uses different animations and the combo does not seems to work. It's faster though. I remember a DE staff said that they will revise the whole Stance, not just simple speed increase for Pointed Wind. So now you have faster attack speed, new animations, new hitboxes and new combo. The new combo simply add one more jump strike compared to normal button mashing as far as I can tell and in my opinion it is not worth pulling off at all.
