Was That Cantis' New Look?

Speaking of syndicates Morec0: I've been looking at the stuff on your channel a lot recently and I'd like to ask: "What's the Conflagration's opinion of these syndicates? And how will he respond to the quite real possibility in an even larger shift in Tenno Allegiance than there was during Gradivus?"

I intend to make a video dealing with them. If not tomorrow than VERY soon.

It's actually a funny story: back when they first announced the Arbiters of Hexis they mentioned them "wanting to see the Tenno restored to martial prowess" - now they seem to want the exact OPPOSITE of that. Its a shame, I was FULLY ready to give them the Conflagration's UNDYING support.

Oh well.

Hmmm, looking at them, t's difficult to say. Just reading the thing about the Arbiters seems to paint them as neutral-good, Cephalon Suda seems very neutral (but gets a pass given she's an individual), and the New Loka, again, seem VERY good aligned. Hopefully when they're given voices and put in game that may change, but as is I'm not able to pull more than one trait out of their organization as a whole (which, again, isn't a bad thing, this is sort of a majority synopsis of it).

But maybe I'm not looking close enough. All I know is where I stand: dissent in a fictional group makes the group more realistic and, therefore, better.

And Steel Meridian? I'm leaning twoards it, since their objactive is to protect the remaining colonies, even if its lead by a Grineer turncoat.

Again: they seem very good-aligned because of their actions, the fact that its lead by a Grineer turncoat only seems to solidify the good motif by contrasting it to what the Grineer typically are.

But maybe now I"M looking too deep into it..

That's a problem ALL the factions in Warframe have - even though one could argue that the Meridian are the good of the Grineer and the Perrin are the good of the Corpus, they (and the Tenno themselves) seem very one-note in what they do. It's not necessarily a BAD thing, but I feel like it's a weakness that needs to be worked on.

I think the thing about those two is that it will be "Blind Justice". Har har.

They salvage what is 'good' from each of their original factions codes. So it's good, but limited in its spectrum of thinking.

They will have trouble seeing what is also good or necessary if it doesn't quite fit in with what they think, because they have trouble thinking outside of a code, and have even more trouble and fear of expanding and building their code.

Looking at how cantis's new look is it reminds me of the stalker.....

Definiately has a Warframe vibe, and that interests me - that's not a type of battle armor (or just uniform) we see anyone else using, why is she/it?

My theory: the Red Veil want to be Tenno. A darker, more bloody version of the Tenno, but they want the power and awe that comes with what the Tenno are.
